Our train classes feature a unique and specialized high-intensity interval-style workout designed to push you in all the right ways. Each class is strategically planned by our highly skilled, certified trainers to combine treadmill-based cardio with strength-based exercises, creating a full-body burn in under an hour. The train experience features dynamic programming with modifications based on your personal goals and fitness level, and is designed to engage alternating muscle groups to yield maximum results.

Elevate your fitness routine with our SCULPT class! These 45-minute sessions will combine Pilates principles with strength-training techniques to sculpt and tone your entire body. In this class, you will engage in controlled movements focusing on core stability, flexibility, and muscle endurance. Using a variety of props—such as resistance bands, bench bands, and small weights. SCULPT will enhance your fitness routine and challenge your body in new ways.
Preparing for Class
BEFORE CLASS
Be early! We recommend first-timers arrive 15-20 minutes before your class time to ensure that we can get you set up properly. Bring a water bottle! You will sweat during class so hydration is very important. Bottled water is available for purchase if you forget.
DURING CLASS
Each class combines treadmill-based cardio with strength-based exercises utilizing our state-of-the-art FitBenches. Your trainer will guide you through a 50 minute high-intensity interval style workout, coaching you through every movement so you are never lost and leave feeling like your strongest self.
AFTER CLASS
Please help yourself to our showers or talk to one of our team members about booking a sauna session. Don’t forget to check out our juice bar!
