We put a whole new spin on indoor cycling. We offer a low impact, high energy, rhythm-based ride that incorporates choreography and drills to generate a full body burn. At Swell, we use the beat of the music to inspire us, motivate us, and allow us to unlock the strongest version of ourselves. Our ride isn’t about metrics and numbers. It’s about connecting with your body, mind, and the powerful community of Swell.

  • 45 minute classes

  • Rhythm based

  • 3-5 minute arm focused portion

  • Shoes are provided, or you may bring your own (bikes are compatible with SPD + Delta cleats)

  • Cooling towels provided during cool down

Preparing for Class

BEFORE CLASS

Be early! We recommend first-time riders arrive 15-20 minutes before your class time to ensure that we can get you properly set up on your bike. We offer complimentary rental shoes. If you have your own spin shoes, our bikes are compatible with SPD and Look Delta cleats. Bring a water bottle! You will sweat during class so hydration is important. Bottled water is available for purchase if you forget.

DURING CLASS

Each ride is choreographed to match the beat of the music. Your instructor will lead you through a series of movements to create that full-body workout. If you feel like you are struggling to catch the beat, don’t give up! It takes some getting used to but you will be nailing the combinations in no time! We encourage you to push yourself, but advise you to listen to your body and work at a level that is comfortable for you.

AFTER CLASS

Cooling towels provided. Please help yourself to our showers or talk to one of our team members about booking a sauna session. Don’t forget to check out our juice bar!
